Binge Fall · Contact & Support

This Isn’t About Me.
It’s About Us.

A personal story. A shared pattern. A chance to change the outcome.

You don’t have to drink every day to recognize that alcohol has become a problem. Sometimes the problem is what happens once you start.

A personal message

Why I Created Binge Fall

I’ve been praying for a way to give back to society. Weirdly enough, I think this is it.

I’m a digital marketer, a storyteller, and a binge drinker (No More!).

I’ve lived the experiences I write about. I’ve made mistakes, had regrets, and spent far too many mornings wondering why I let a good night turn into something I wish I could forget. I know I’m not alone.

This isn’t about me. It’s about us.

Maybe you can go weeks or months without drinking. Maybe you don’t identify with what you’ve always imagined an “alcoholic” looks like. But if you lose control when you start drinking, that’s a pattern worth recognizing.

Once you start, you’re all in until you fall. That’s what I call a Binge Fall. And you don’t need to go there.

My hope is that something here helps you recognize your own pattern and choose a different outcome.

Keeping it personal

Why I’m Staying Behind the Scenes

For now, I’ve chosen to remain anonymous. I want the focus to be on the message, not the person behind it.

I may decide to come clean about my identity someday. Until then, I hope you’ll respect my decision to work quietly behind the scenes.

Binge Fall does not have a contact form, accept private messages or personal stories, or offer individual counseling. I’m keeping this project small and focused on awareness, writing, and sharing.

Join the conversation on social media. Share an article or image that speaks to you. You never know who might need to see it. You don’t have to share your story with me for your experience to matter.

Important: Binge Fall is a personal awareness project, not a crisis service or a substitute for professional care. If you need support, please use the resources below.

Let’s not Binge Fall.
Recognize the Pattern.
Change the Outcome.

If sharing an article or image helps even one person avoid a night of regret, this project will have been worthwhile.
